Lucas Rodrigues is the co-owner of Rodrigues Flooring & Design Center, bringing over 15 years of experience in sales, customer service, and the construction industry. With a strong background in flooring and interior finishes, Lucas has built his career on product knowledge, hands-on project involvement, and a deep understanding of client needs.

Known for his clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail, Lucas works closely with homeowners, contractors, and builders to ensure every project is executed smoothly from consultation to completion. My name is Marllon Dos Santos, I am 21 years old and currently living in Delran, New Jersey. I am a graduate of Delran High School and have experience in sales, with a strong focus on customer service. I currently work as a Sales Associate at Rodrigues Flooring, a company specialized in flooring solutions. I take great pride in helping customers find the best options for their homes, always aiming to understand their needs and provide a positive and reliable buying experience.

Nikkiyoshi Yamaguchi is our Project Estimator and in-house Architectural Specialist, playing a key role in the planning and pricing phase of every project. He works closely with architectural plans and is responsible for detailed takeoffs, accurate cost estimating, and pricing analysis to ensure each project is set up for success from the start.

In addition to estimating, Nikkiyoshi manages new accounts, coordinates product samples, and maintains direct communication with designers and industry partners. His precision, technical knowledge, and strong attention to detail help bridge the gap between design vision and real-world execution.
